**Due to the flexibility of our service, credits may be used to send informational or sample packages or to select from various types of advanced or discounted Profiles. As a result, the number of Profiles listed above is approximate and is based on the standard Profile price.

Here's How It Works

Each monthly Profile Plan (above) includes a small Profile database access fee along with a specific number of credits that you use to acquire Profiles. By using filters to search the database, you can increase or decrease the cost of the Profile you want. Once you've created the exact Profile you want for the price you are comfortable with, simply use the credits from your account to acquire that Profile. If you use all your credits prior to the next billing period, simply add more credits to your account any time. (Extra credits can be purchased for $1.00 each.)

*All Profile Plans are monthly plans with an automatically reoccurring monthly billing. You may change, cancel or suspend your account at any time by selecting "My Service Plan" under "My Account" on your Virtual Office Main Menu. A one-time, nonrefundable setup fee of $15.00 applies to some plans.
